System of Belt Tensioning
one. Calculate the deflection distance in mm on a basis of 16mm per meter of span. Center distance(m) x 16=Defection(mm).
2. Use a spring balance and rule measure the force of your belt, when the value 
falls inside the values given, the drive must be satisfactory. Othewise, make use of the Torque arm’s turnbuckle alter the stress of your belt. (Note, the force direction along with the belt must be a suitable angle).
